Lami Grubb Architects was instrumental in the creation of new classrooms and a cafeteria for Pennsylvania Culinary. Those spaces now represent the design standards for tenants in the Clark Building. We have received many compliments from perspective tenants and other schools for Lami Grubb’s creative approach to space planning and adaptive use to our building. For those projects, Lami Grubb worked as an integral part of the Project Management Team. In cooperation with the construction manager, Clearview Project Services Company, they integrated new HVAC, electrical sprinkler and plumbing systems into the existing building. Together, they brought the projects in on time and on budget. Lami Grubb expedited decision making and paperwork processing to keep the project running smoothly and to keep information current at all times. Their involvement was key in obtaining permit approvals from the City of Pittsburgh.”
